All orders with Chanel Home are processed within 24-48 hours from the order date. Purchases will be shipped either from our Virginia warehouse by USPS, UPS, FedEx and Freight Delivery, or sent directly to you from our vendors. 

Orders are shipped on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.


Shipping Time Frames

Chanel Home is pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all purchases for standard delivery, which is curbside or doorstep. 

You can expect to receive your order between 3-14 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the size of the item and your location.  Should you require faster shipping, please contact sales@chanelhome.com for expedited shipping quotes. 

 Larger furniture items such as sofas are sent via Freight/Fed-Ex, and average 5-16 day business days depending on your location in the U.S. 

Back Ordered/Out of Stock  

All items listed are in stock and ready to ship, unless otherwise noted in the description. In the unlikely event a product is back ordered or out of stock, our customer service team will send you an email within 24-48 hours. Your credit card will not be charged. 

Processing & Confirmation

You can track your package at any time using the link provided in your shipment confirmation email. Please note that a tracking number will be provided once your item has shipped.

Sales Tax

We do not charge sales tax, with the exception of Virginia

White Glove Delivery

Chanel Home is pleased to offer complimentary White Glove Delivery Service for any orders over $3500 as well as for specific products in which free White Glove Delivery is listed in the product description. Otherwise, White Glove Delivery Service is available for any item for a fee of $150 per item/vendor. The delivery company will bring the piece into your room of choice, unwrap, inspect and take away all debris from the shipment. 

Delivery Window

If your purchase is being shipped White Glove or Freight, the delivery company will call to schedule a four-hour window for delivery. Please leave your phone number on the order form. Once you receive a call to schedule the delivery to your address, you have 7 days to respond and make arrangements. If you are not able to schedule this within 7 days, please contact us to arrange storage for your order. Storage Rates will be communicated and can be utilized for up to 30 days.

 If you anticipate being out of town, please email us at sales@chanelhome.com with your order number and a good timeframe for delivery.

International Shipments

Note: We ship only to the U.S. and Canada.  We can delivery internationally on a case by case basis. Please email us with your shipping address as well as the requested products for an individual quote.
