Shipping

All orders with Chanel Home are processed within 24-48 hours from the order date. Purchases will be shipped either from our Virginia warehouse by USPS, UPS, FedEx or Freight, or sent directly to you from our vendors. Orders are shipped on business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.

 

Shipping Time Frames

STANDARD DELIVERY (3-10 business days)
Chanel Home is pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all purchases for standard delivery, which is curbside or doorstep. 

You can expect to receive your order between 3-10 business days, depending on the size of the item and your location in the U.S.  Should you require faster shipping, please contact sales@chanelhome.com for expedited shipping quotes. 

OVERSIZED ITEMS (5-12 business days)
 Larger furniture items such as sofas, cabinets, or items weighing over 100lbs are typically sent via Freight or Fed-Ex Ground, and average 5-12 business days depending on your location in the U.S. 

Processing & Confirmation

You can track your package at any time using the link provided in your shipment confirmation email. Please note that a tracking number will be provided once your item has shipped.

White Glove Delivery

Chanel Home is pleased to offer complimentary White Glove Delivery Service for any orders over $2500 as well as for specific products in which free White Glove Delivery is listed in the product description. Otherwise, White Glove Delivery Service is available for any item for a fee of $150 per item/vendor. The delivery company will bring the piece into your room of choice, unwrap, inspect and take away all debris from the shipment. 

Note: Due to COVID-19, your delivery team will call you ahead of time to set up an appointment. Unpacking and assembly of items via White Glove Delivery has been temporarily suspended. You can now choose whether you would like your purchase left on your doorstep, or brought inside your front door or garage.  If you would like the item brought inside your home or garage, please prop the door open when the driver arrives and maintain at least 6 feet between you and the delivery team. We will not be asking for signatures.

Delivery Window

If your purchase is being shipped White Glove or Freight, the delivery company will call to schedule a window for delivery. Please leave your phone number on the order form. Once you receive a call to schedule the delivery to your address, you have 7 days to respond and make arrangements. If you are not able to schedule this within 7 days, please contact us to arrange storage for your order. Storage Rates will be communicated and can be utilized for up to 30 days.

 If you anticipate being out of town, please email us at shipping@chanelhome.com with your order number and a good timeframe for delivery.
 

International Shipments

Note: We ship only to the U.S. and Canada.  We can delivery internationally on a case by case basis. Please email us at shipping@chanelhome.com  with your shipping address as well as the requested products for an individual quote. 

Sales Tax

We do not charge sales tax, with the exception of Virginia

COVID-19 Service Update 

 Deliveries are operating on schedule (delays caused by local regulations are possible), and we’re taking extra precautions to protect our customers and employees. 

  • We are now offering front door and curbside delivery on all items.
  • For items over 100lbs that require inside-the-door delivery, the driver will call when he or she arrives. Please leave the door propped open for the drivers.
  • We will not be asking for signatures.
