In the unlikely event your purchase arrives either damaged or defective, we will quickly issue you a replacement at no charge. We will also arrange for the damaged item to be recovered from your home. Please notify us of the issue within 72 hours of receipt of the purchase. Please include photographs of the damaged item as well well as the packaging it arrived in.
All items from Chanel Home are handcrafted from raw materials and thus, come with an acceptable variation in both tone, color, finish and texture. These are not grounds for a return.
