 At Chanel Home, we are committed to your satisfaction first and foremost, and we want to help you have the best possible shopping experience!  You can exchange or return your purchase from Chanel Home according to the following guidelines:


Change of Heart  

Decided to go with a different design?  It happens! If you would like to return your purchase, please send an email along with your order number to  info@chanelhome.com  We will respond with a Return Authorization (RA) number. As long as we receive the item back within 21 days of delivery, we will issue a full refund.
For certain items, we do charge a restocking fee. A restocking fee of 15%applies to the return of art, furniture, mirrors, planters, and all lighting. Items in other categories including pillows, bedding, and small decorative objects can be returned within 21 days for a full refund with no restocking fee.

Damaged/Defective Merchandise 

Even though we do our best to ensure safe delivery of all products, sometimes damages occur while an item is traveling to you.

Almost all furniture requires signature at delivery. Before the delivery driver leaves, please inspect the item and if there is any damage to the box or the item, it is vitally important to write 'damaged' on the paperwork the delivery folks will ask you to sign. 

Please file a damages claim by emailing orders@chanelhome.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Be sure to include all information indicated below. 

  • Photos of your damaged item
  • Photos of the box it arrived in
  • Your order number

 After we receive these items, we will work to get you a replacement issued quickly!

 

Claims 

All items from Chanel Home are handcrafted from raw materials and thus, come with an acceptable variation in both tone, color, finish and texture. These variations are not grounds for a claim.
