Change of Heart  

Decided to go with a different design?  It happens! If you would like to return your purchase, please send an email along with your order number to  info@chanelhome.com For larger items including furniture, chandeliers and mirrors, please email us within 7 days of receipt of your order and let us know you wish to return your purchase. For all other items, please let us known within 14 days that you wish to return your purchase.  Returns are accepted for any reason, as long as we receive the item back within 30 days of purchase.
For certain items, we do charge a restocking fee. A restocking fee of 15% applies to the return of art, furniture, mirrors, planters, and all lighting. Items in other categories including pillows, bedding, and small decorative objects can be returned for a full refund with no restocking fee. A refund will be issued once the items are inspected and found to be in unused condition.
We will provide you with a return authorization number that must be included with the package in order to be eligible for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Note: The only items not eligible for return and that are final sale are items from David Francis furniture as well a custom upholstered items such as sofas, stools, and benches that are custom made by Port 68 and Bobo Intriguing Objects. These particular items are non-refundable, and non-returnable.
Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped. If you refuse delivery of an item, we cannot guarantee a refund. Returns must be authorized in writing by Chanel Home.  If you refuse delivery of the item, which we caution against, you will be responsible for original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee. 

Damaged/Defective Merchandise 

Even though we do our best to ensure safe delivery of all products, sometimes damages occur while an item is traveling to you.

Almost all furniture requires signature at delivery. Before the delivery driver leaves, please inspect the item and if there is any damage, it is vitally important to write that the item was damaged on the paperwork the delivery folks will ask you to sign.

Please also take photos of your damaged item and the box it arrived and send them to info@chanelhome.com along with your order number. After we receive these items, we will work to get you a replacement issued quickly!

Items delivered & accepted/signed for without noting damage, during a white glove delivery, are non-refundable.


All items from Chanel Home are handcrafted from raw materials and thus, come with an acceptable variation in both tone, color, finish and texture. These variations are not grounds for a claim. 

Can I Cancel My Order? 

Of course, you have 24 hours to think about any purchase! If you decide to cancel it, just send us an email with your order number. If you want to cancel your order after 24 hours, we charge a 15% restocking fee.
