 At Chanel Home, we are committed to your satisfaction first and foremost, and we want to help you have the best possible shopping experience!  You can exchange or return your purchase from Chanel Home according to the following guidelines:


Change of Heart  

Decided to go with a different design?  It happens! If you would like to return your purchase, please send an email along with order number to the following: info@chanelhome.com For larger items including furniture, chandeliers and mirrors, please email us within 7 days of receipt of your order and let us know you wish to return your purchase. For all other items, please let us known within 14 days that you wish to return your items.  Returns are accepted for any reason, as long as we receive the item back within 30 days of purchase.
As soon as we receive the item back in unused condition, we will issue a full refund.  We do charge a 20% restocking fee for some items that will be deducted from your refund. A restocking fee applies to the return of art, furniture, mirrors, and lighting.  We will provide you with a return authorization number to use. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. The only items not eligible for return are items from David Francis furniture as well a custom upholstered items such as sofas, stools, and benches that are custom made by Port 68 and Bobo Intriguing Objects. These particular items are non-refundable, and non-returnable. All other items may be returned for a full refund. 

Damaged/Defective Merchandise 

Even though we do our best to ensure safe delivery of all products, sometimes damages occur while an item is traveling to you.

Please take photos of your damaged item and the box it arrived and send them to info@chanelhome.com along with your order number. After we receive these  items, we will work to get you a replacement issued quickly!

Furniture:  If your order requires signature at delivery (most furniture weighing over 150 lbs) please inspect and note any damage to the item on the form the delivery agent will ask you to sign. All damage and defects must be noted on the delivery paperwork. 

Claims 

All items from Chanel Home are handcrafted from raw materials and thus, come with an acceptable variation in both tone, color, finish and texture. These variations are not grounds for a claim. 

Order Cancellations 

You have 48 hours to think about any purchase! If you decide to cancel it, just send us an email with your order number and we will issue a full refund. If you want to cancel your order after 48 hours, it is considered a Change of Heart Return.
