Do you offer trade discounts?

Yes, we do! Please see Chanel Home's Trade Program for instructions on applying.

  

Can I get a sample of a fabric or wallpaper?

Yes, please email us with the samples you would like to receive as well as the address you would like them sent to. 

 

Can you help me find a specific fabric or product that I've been looking for?

 Definitely! We will do everything in our power to find you the fabric or product of your dreams. Of course, we can't make any promises, but we'd love to try! 

 

What types of payment do you take? 

 We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Paypal, and ApplePay. All orders are processed through a secure server.

 

Can I cancel my order?  

Of course, you have 48 hours to think about any purchase! If you decide to cancel it, just send us an email with your order number. If you want to cancel your order after 48 hours, we charge a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers the costs we incur packaging and preparing your item for shipment.

 

What happens if an item is out of stock? 

All items listed on Chanel Home are in stock and ready to ship, unless otherwise noted in the description. In the unlikely event a product is back ordered or out of stock, our customer service team will send you an email within 24-48 hours. Your credit card will not be charged. 

 

Do you have a retail store? 

Yes! But unfortunately, we are currently closed to COVID-19. Check back later to find our more about our reopening date!  You can also see products from all of our fabulous lines at a Chanel Home pop-up shop held in big cities across the U.S.  Sign for our newsletter to receive more information about our upcoming events and to find out when we'll be in a city near you!
