Can I get a sample of a fabric?

Yes, please email us with the samples you would like to receive as well as the address you would like them sent to. 

 

Can you help me find a specific fabric or product that I've been looking for?

 Definitely! We will do everything in our power to find you the fabric or product of your dreams. Of course, we can't make any promises, but we'd love to try! 

 

What types of payment do you take? 

 We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Paypal, and ApplePay. 

 

What happens if an item is out of stock? 

All items listed on Chanel Home are in stock and ready to ship, unless otherwise noted in the description. In the unlikely event a product is back ordered or out of stock, our customer service team will send you an email within 24-48 hours. Your credit card will not be charged. 

 

Do you have a retail store? 

Yes, but not the traditional kind! Come see products from all of our fabulous lines at a Chanel Home pop-up shop held in big cities across the U.S. Our next pop-up shop will be held in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington DC between 2-10 May 2020.
