Do you offer trade discounts?

Yes, we do! Please see Chanel Home's Trade Program for instructions on applying.

  

Can I get a sample of a fabric or wallpaper?

Yes, please email us with the samples you would like to receive as well as the address you would like them sent to. 

 

Can you help me find a specific fabric or product that I've been looking for?

 Definitely! We will do everything in our power to find you the fabric or product of your dreams. Of course, we can't make any promises, but we'd love to try! 

 

Can I place my order over the phone?

Of course! Please call us at 877-380-2841. 

 

What types of payment do you take? 

 We accept major credit cards to include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and Discover. We also accept payment through Paypal, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay. Affirm Pay As You Go plans are also available. All orders are processed through a secure server.

Can I cancel my order?  

Of course, you have 48 hours to think about any purchase! If you decide to cancel it, just send us an email with your order number. If you want to cancel your order after 48 hours, we charge a 15% restocking fee.  

What happens if an item is out of stock? 

All items listed on Chanel Home are in stock and ready to ship, unless otherwise noted in the description. In the unlikely event a product is back ordered or out of stock, our customer service team will send you an email within 24-48 hours. Your credit card will not be charged. 

 

Do you have a retail store? 

Yes!  We are located at 4238 Glebe Rd Arlington, VA. Unfortunately, our store remains open by appointment only due to COVID-19. However, our team of dedicated design advisors is currently available by phone or email, to help bring your vision to life!
