Shipping & Returns 

Smaller items including art, decor, and accent tables are sent via "UPS or USPS" and average 3 - 7 business days.

Larger furniture items are sent via Freight and average 3-14 business days depending on your location in the U.S.

Furniture/Oversized Pieces

Orders sent via Freight Carrier average 3-14 business days depending on location once leaving the factory. 
You will be contacted by the local delivery agent to set up a date and time for your delivery, which must be scheduled within 7 business days after the item arrives to your location. Please leave your phone number on your order form.

 

We offer White Glove delivery for an extra $150, which includes removal of all packaging and set-up in your room of choice. Items over $3000 will be shipped via White Glove delivery free of charge.

 

Processing & Confirmation 

Order confirmations and tracking information will be sent to you via e-mail once your order has been processed. You can track your package at any time using the link provided in your shipment confirmation email. Please note that tracking number will take up to 24 hours to become activated by the carrier's tracking system, so if the link is not yet active when you receive our email, please allow 24 hours for the system to update.
 

Back Ordered/Out of Stock 

All items listed are in stock and ready to ship, unless otherwise noted in the description. In the unlikely event a product is back ordered or out of stock, our customer service team will send you an email. Your credit card will not be charged. 
 

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your Chanel Home purchases. If you are not satisfied, please email us within 72 hours of receiving your purchase. We charge a 20% restocking fee for furniture, lighting, and rugs. Some of the brands we sell charge a restocking fee for sending the items back to the manufacturer. Please contact us to see if your product would require an additional fee for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.When returning an item back to us, please make sure to choose a reliable shipping carrier that offers tracking and delivery confirmation. Once we receive the item and inspect it to ensure no damages we will refund your card minus the cost of shipping.
