You can expect to receive your time between 3-14 business days from the time of your order. Most items are sent via UPS or Fed Ex.  However, larger furniture items are sent via Freight and average 3-17 business days depending on your location in the U.S. Note: Our shipping policies apply only to the 48 continental United States. Additional charges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii.

Furniture/Oversized Pieces

For oversized pieces, you will be contacted by the local delivery agent to set up a date and time for your delivery, which must be scheduled within 7 business days after the item arrives to your location. Please leave your phone number on your order form. If you want to delay the delivery of your shipment please send your order number and delivery timeframe to


Orders over $3000 will be shipped via White Glove delivery free of charge. 


Processing & Confirmation 

Order confirmations and tracking information will be sent to you via e-mail once your order has been processed. You can track your package at any time using the link provided in your shipment confirmation email. Please note that tracking number will take up to 24 hours to become activated by the carrier's tracking system, so if the link is not yet active when you receive our email, please allow 24 hours for the system to update.

Back Ordered/Out of Stock 

All items listed are in stock and ready to ship, unless otherwise noted in the description. In the unlikely event a product is back ordered or out of stock, our customer service team will send you an email. Your credit card will not be charged.
